Recording and imports
Check microphone access in iPhone Settings if recording does not begin. Import your own audio from the app's audio import page. If a saved memory isn't available yet, check that processing has completed.
Subscription assistance
Apple handles optional Remember Pro subscriptions. To manage or cancel, open iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Restore eligible purchases inside the app while signed into your original Remember account. For refunds or billing issues, visit Apple Billing Support.
